What type of Internet connection do I need?

Our service requires a high speed Internet connection such as; Cable Internet, U-Verse or Fiber Internet. *Please feel free to contact us to discuss whether your current Internet connection is sufficient.

What happens to my calls if my Internet connection fails?

If the Internet connection at your office were to fail, all of your inbound calls would still be processed through your hosted PBX and would ultimately make it to your voicemail just as if you did not answer your phone or you were on the other line. Your voicemails would then be delivered to you in the method of your choosing (presumably VM to Email). It works this way because your actual phone system is located in our state-of-the-art data center NOT your office. The Internet outage would cause the phones at your office to not connect, but the issue would be transparent to inbound callers and they would not know anything was wrong.
