The installation of the new phone system went much smoother than we had anticipated. Although the new phones service has many features that our prior system didn’t have, our staff has found the new phones to be very easy to use. Level 4 Telcom ‘s staff is always very responsive to our needs and they always handle our requests in a timely manner. The voice quality of our new phones in terrific and we now have many more features such as voicemail to email, e-Fax, multiple location support and many others, that we did not have with our old system. We are even able to now three digit dial to our remote office located at the Seven Gables House Visitors Center in Fort Pierce.
The Stuart Martin County Chamber of Commerce has been extremely happy with our decision to replace our prior aging phone system with Level 4 Telcom’s Hosted Voice over IP (VoIP) service.
