Level 4 Telcom’s corporate offices are conveniently located in Stuart, Florida which is in the heart of Florida’s Treasure Coast.

Our core product set is designed to best utilize today’s open standards to reduce both ownership and telecommunication expenses. Level 4’s choice of products & services has been tailored for smaller business to afford and take advantage of today’s more advanced telecommunications technologies. We are a vendor-neutral hardware vendor that specializes in hosted VoIP telecommunications services. Because we are vendor-neutral, we can offer our clients the best solutions for their specific need rather than limited solutions that our competitors offer. We implement Hosted PBX solutions with hardware by manufacturers such as Yealink and Grandstream.

Level 4 Telcom wants to make sure that our clients get the best telecommunications solution possible. For this reason, we are a sub-agent for several different Internet and telecommunications service providers such as AT&T, BCN Communications and Comcast. Most telecommunications vendors partner with just one service provider such as AT&T or Windstream. Unfortunately, this approach limits the client’s options. The fact that we area a sub-agent for multiple companies allows us to provide you unbiased recommendations and find the best possible solution for our clients. In short, we will find you the best and most cost-effective service provider options for your business.

Company President, Bryan Gardner, founded Level 4 Telcom on the idea that technology is worthless to a business if it is not financially obtainable. In the many years he has spent managing our parent company, MicroTech Systems, he has seen countless examples of clients being oversold on equipment and services that were overpriced, unneeded or just not being offered in the client’s best interest.

Service Area

Level 4 Telcom’s corporate office is in Stuart, Florida, located in the heart of Southeast Florida’s famous “Treasure Coast”. Although we are physically located in South Florida, we provide our service to customers nationwide.  Unlike many of our competitors, we are happy to provide service for US based customers that have users located offshore in areas such as the Caribbean and the Philippines.

For those customers located in South Florida, we can provide expanded on-site support not readily available for customers located out of the Florida region. For those customers in all other areas of the county, we can easily support your business’s needs as if we were located right next door. Depending on the size and complexity of the installation, we are also able to have one of our engineers come to your site to deploy hardware and implement our services in person.
